I ordered sympathy flowers online for a friend and her family after her father died. They didn't receive their flowers on the day I selected, nor the next day. I called the shop and the woman who answered was sweet and rectified the situation immediately, without hesitation, by confirming the recipient would be home and by sending another order. I was happy to hear the recipient loves the arrangement.

I ordered flowers on May 6th to be delivered to my mother on Saturday, the day before Mother’s Day. I also asked for beads at the bottom of the vase. I told the lady that my mother may not be home on Mothers Day. Sunday morning when speaking to my mother, I found out the flowers were never delivered. I immediately called the store and the owner answered. I started to ask about the missing flowers and she stopped me and asked why I was calling her at 6:00 am. As if I was supposed to know it was her cellphone. When I explained why I was calling she acted like it was no big deal and said, it’ll get delivered today. Again, I told her my mother won’t be home until 2:00. She gave me another number and told me to send a text, which I did, but I never received a response nor do I know who I was texting. My mother was home by 12:30. She waited by the window looking for the delivery. Finally at 4:30 I called and sent another text. The same lady called me back and insisted it was delivered. Finally she said she would call me back. At 5:00, my mom called to say they just got delivered. No beads in the vase and no call back from the owner. No sorry…nothing. Highly impressed with this florist! The flowers were extremely fresh, beautifully arranged, and perfectly matched my request for a special occasion. The staff were polite, helpful, and offered great suggestions to make the bouquet even better. Pricing was fair and the service was quick and reliable. The arrangement stayed fresh for many days. I would gladly order again.

What ever you do DO NOT order from this sorry excuse of a flower shop. Ordered flowers for delivery I told them I did not want roses and they sent nothing but roses. They are already at full bloom and will not last but a few days. Some of the flowers are already starting to wilt. So much greenery aswell. They were rude over the phone. When the flowers were delivered they were set at the curb in the mud aswell as all of the personal information was displayed towards the road for all to see. Very rude and unprofessional. What ever you do DO NOT order from this sorry excuse of a flower shop.

I would have loved to give this florist 5 stars! I ordered online for a hospital order on a Friday afternoon. I understand why it wasn't delivered Friday or Saturday. But I had to call Monday afternoon and ask them to deliver it ASAP or the patient would be going home. They apologized and delivered it right away. However, it was also supposed to be a plant with balloons and a get well message to cheer the patient up. When it arrived at the room, it was sadly lacking in any cheer. The plant was healthy enough, but no ribbon, no balloons or anything else on the plant.
